I dont fall under the label “straight edge” because i dont drink and do drugs.

i put the label on myself because i hold my self to a higher standard of not drinking and not doing drugs.

people ask why i put the label on my self? because i dont want people thinking i dont drink or dont smoke, or do drugs, or what have you. i want people to KNOW i dont live your shit partying life style.

the moral pride that comes with me being straight edge is far more than i expect anyone to understand. especially the people who do party.

being straight edge isnt a life style. its a choice. and as far as the kids that give straight edge a “bad name”… i dont care i’m straight edge for me. not for you.
